Delete your Road Schooling account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

In the app

Go to Settings > Delete Account, sign in again to confirm, then tap Delete.

By email

Email support@roadschooling.com.au from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account, learner profiles, saved activities and progress records are permanently deleted. This can't be undone. Download any progress reports you want to keep first.

We may keep emails you've sent us for up to 2 years for support records, and limited records where the law requires.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first.
